Our Model
Currie Management partners with investors, banks, and state and local governments to increase the availability of affordable housing. We focus on both building new multifamily homes and renovating existing apartment units to provide high-quality, affordable living spaces. Our rental range is designed to be accessible, with rates between $1,200 and $2,300—helping to bridge the gap between affordability and quality for individuals and families.
